Within 30 days of order, customers can email support@derbybags.com and request a return. Customer service will respond within 24 hours and help resolve any product issues. 

Backorder items can take anywhere from 30-60 days to ship due to design and production. We strive to focus on quality and apologize for any unnecessary delays in shipment of orders. Contact customer service with specific questions on backorders.
